What we do

The Hershey lab works in the fields of cognitive and clinical neuroscience, using a range of neuroimaging, pharmacological and cognitive techniques to understand the impact of metabolic and neurodegenerative conditions on the brain, particularly during development. We draw from numerous disciplines (neuroscience, radiology, endocrinology, neurology, psychiatry, psychology) to enhance the quality and clinical relevance of our research.

The Hershey lab sits within the highly collaborative environment of the Neuroimaging Labs, which is part of the division of Radiological Sciences within the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at WUSM. Dr. Hershey is Deputy Director of the NIL and a member of the Psychiatry, Neurology, Radiology and Psychology Departments. The Hershey lab is in Suite 2203, East Building, 4525 Scott Avenue,
St. Louis, Missouri.
